GEORGE AND DRAGON TEMPLE EWELL

Kent Wildlife Trust manage this reserve and I went there on Tuesday to see if the chalkhill blues had emerged . ,I was to say the least surprised nay annoyed even angry that the wild hay meadow above the allotments had been mowed flat just days before the emergence of the chalkhill blues and marbled whites that thrive there.,.
The KWT info board states that you should leave wild flowers and insects for others to enjoy and that they exist to stop the destruction of habitat, enough said, comments please.
