SRI LANKA (3)

A 5 hour drive south to Cinnamon Wild Camp Yala national Park.After unloading our baggage a walk around the gardens and beach was much needed after the long journey.

Back to the hotel for a break before the afternoon trip into Yala NP,found a few butterflies in the meantime.

Later in the afternoon we jumped on our jeep and set off for YALA  with high hopes,to be honest it became a bit of a circus with far too many jeeps chasing too few leopards,luckily we were interested in the birds so we got away from the crowds, until late on when there was suddenly a mad dash for the exit where a leopard had been spotted drinking at one of the pools,we never got near and I don`t think many did.

Well we are due back at Yala early in the morning maybe a leopard will show or maybe it won`t.
