VIVA ESPANA [part 1]THE EBRO DELTA

The latest escapade with my camera,
a few day in not so sunny Spain with a group made up largely of people from SBBO,15 in all led by Peter Roberts and Ken Chapman ably assisted by Ian Buckley.
Most of us flew from Gatwick to Barcelona, then having found our way out of the maze that is Barcelona airport car hire, drove south to St Carles de la Rapita the main town of the Ebro Delta.
Our lodgings for the next three nights was the very nice Miami Mar Hotel
THE MIAMI HOTEL.
After checking in and inspecting the facilities we headed to the harbour to check out the Audouins Gulls, there were quite a few to be seen but a lot more Yellow Legged Gulls than I remember from my previous visit.
