Didn`t stray far from the cliffs over the bank holiday and Easter Sunday was spent indoors waiting for the promised deluge to arrive,it never got to Dover although it rained all around evidently but not in the quantities forecast.Here are a few bits and pieces for your perusal:-

Today after a quick stroll around Langdon, where the highlight was a pair of yellow wagtails in the big field near the car, I headed for Sandwich as the BLUE WINGED TEAL was still there,after a walk around with Steve and Ian I eventually got a brief sighting of the female BWT cavorting with her shoveller companion,also heard my first cuckoo of the year and saw my first house and sand martins.Green Veined orchids are also in bloom on the golf course.

A nice selection Phil, particularly like the Green Hairstreak and Little Owl shots, there's something soothing about shots like these.
